We used SSA in May of this year to build a 16X40X60 shop on our property in Hayden. All went as planed through out the building process. I thought they did a good job overall. Except one of the concrete guys put a hole in one of my screens with a long pole.When it came down for final payoff I asked them for the final bill and they sent it to us.. So I went in and paid it.The next month in May they sent me another bill for 235.00 dollars. I went in and talked to the pesident and asked him why I was getting billed again. He said that they had to buy more gravel to do the concrete. I had already bought 15 dump truck loads for the building so I asked him why he didn't use the gravel I had on site. He said he didn't know and would get back to me. I also asked about the screen and he said they would take care of it. So I didn't pay for it. But I never heard from him at all. So in November.i get another bill for 235.00 dollars. And said I was delinquent and was 5 mo. Late. I wasn't very happy..So I went back in there and talked to them. They just said well you owe it and you need to pay it..Well to make a long story short I paid it..But after paying almost 60,000 dollars they were ready to fight me for 235.00 dollars and I never did get my screen fixed.. Now after all this I have a sour tast in my mouth. And will not recommend them to anyone..
Workers are great but the business end is not good at all.
