Ken, I am writing to say THANK YOU. Thank you for making our addition to our home so wonderful, better than Ed and I expected. Your designs were right on target. Your honesty with some of our ideas, your attention to detail and the professional manner with how you dealt with "our little issues" was refreshing. Miguel, as I have told you is an asset to your organization and you are fortunate to have him on your team. However, All your tradesmen were respectful, courteous and obviously highly skilled as well. I could tell they like working with you.
