I called and spoke to Katie that works there. She was SO helpful in helping me pick out the perfect arrangement. She even helped me write the card when I was lost for words. My arrangement came out AMAZING! It was absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend this business to anyone! They were prompt with their delivery, the arrangement was perfect, and they were super polite!

I live out of state and wanted to get my step mother a beautiful Mothers Day arrangement, I picked one of their website and called to order. The woman on the phone had to ask me several times for my info, which is fine, I know its a busy time. The arrangement I picked was delivered the next day, I received a call from my step mother that it was terrible, half dead and not a very full arrangement, unlike the picture. She took pictures and sent to me as well, I contacted the office the following day and got no help whatsoever. The owner called me the next day and was very nice, offered me my money back, I gladly accepted..... I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK! I will never order from this florist again, I was told the pictures dont match the bouquets, they are only to look good in pictures on the site. I think if you are going to post something, you should deliver what you show. Dont waste your time, there are several other florist you should try. Very unhappy and would have liked a resolution!

This is not a local flower shop in Kissismmee Fl, they are located in Largo Fl, 150 miles away. They would take your order and then charge you a wire fee to send it to Kissimmee where a local shop will design it and then deliver it. Why not call a real local shop in Kissimmee Fl and talk to them and get what you want and have them make it and deliver it for you without the extra charge?
