Rod no longer owns this company. His normal fee was $95 to turn on and test the sprinklers. The new guy came in and quoted my wife $70 to move two sprinkler heads. My wife repeated the charge of $35 each and the guy confirmed that. At the end of the day, he charged my wife $270 and the total charge was $475. I called the company and a guy named Victor answered. I asked if Salvador (the worker) was the owner. Victor said yes, but he was in charge of pricing. I told him $135 a sprinkler head was too much but he wouldn't budge on the price. So I asked to speak with the owner and then, all of a sudden, Victor is the owner. There was nothing wrong with our system at the end of last year. We were with Rod for many years and probably would have stayed with these guys if they had treated us fairly.
