From the first call into our office you will have a sense of the type of service you will receive. Our scheduling coordinator can review your cleaning needs and schedule an appointment. You will receive scheduling reminders and confirmation calls with an arrival time. On the day of the appointment the technician will review the service you have chosen, finalize the price and begin service. Upholstery Cleaning - Phone and in-home estimates provided for deep cleaning of all fabrics (excluding leather). Upholstery protectant is available to maximize your cleaning. Rug Cleaning - Experience fresh cleaned area rugs that can only be achieved with deep washing off site at our rug washing shop. Full washing process takes about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks and will be returned and set up in the home.
