Purchased a March Serpentine system from them for a Chevrolet C10 truck. After having problems with the power steering portion of the system I was told by the owner that it would not be replaced because the manufacturer said it was a installation problem. The owner said he would not put in jeopardy a business contract
with the company over one persons problem. I am a professional machinist/engine builder with 25 years experience. This system was bought only six weeks ago and recently installed. It has a one year warranty in which no one will back up. Performance Products will no longer receive any of my business and I encourage others to do the same.

Don’t Use Performance Products in Knoxville TN! I purchased tires on 12/23/09 from this business. On 1/23/10 I was informed by the Honda Dealership that I had a problem with the tires. This business takes no ownership of issues and is not afraid to tell you that. Beware of Terry the owner. He would rather lecture you on his thirty one years of experience stating that he stays in business because the manufacturers warranty the products and not him. I purchased 4 Falken tires from him and they lasted 3 weeks. I get my vehicle serviced regularly and the Michelin tires I had made it 47k miles. The tires had 600 miles on them when the tire dealership told me they were bald. After four trips to the store, a visit to the alignment shop, a visit to their part distributor, a promise that they would be there the next day, a promise to my wife that they would "work it out". No Resolution… I had to go to the Honda Dealership and purchase new tires. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Poor customer service and no accountability.
