The original company that I booked with didn’t show-up. After calling them many times, finally I got someone on the phone to tell me that they have problems with the truck, then when I called again someone else told me that I’m not booked for that day (???).

I immediately looked for alternative, as it was getting late.

I called Movers USA (Praying the will be able to help…), I got a wonderful gentleman on the phone; he immediately calm me down and told me he will do everything he can to make my day ends the opposite it started…

This was my first experience with moving company and it was outstanding!

At start I was very worried, but everything went smoothly.

The movers and packers were very professional and patient, they were on time in my pick-up location in Rockville, did not waste any minute and were very careful.

My experience with Movers USA was great. I had talked to five different moving companies with regards to my move but, I was very impressed with the care I felt as soon as I started to talking to Sarah at Movers USA. She is the reason I had decided to use this company. I really felt that I'm in good hands and she was always there if I had a question and the price she gave me for the move was within my budget.

As a result of a last minute change in my move in date, I had to change my move date from Saturday to Sunday. I had reserved with another mover to move me but, they couldn't move me on Sunday. My real estate agent (Mark) suggested I'll give Movers USA a call, and to my surprise I was able to make such a last minute reservation. The movers came Sunday, right on time and the move went perfectly. I want to express my gratitude to Movers USA's customer service team who made this move possible in such a Short notice, and the movers who worked so hard on a Sunday and "took care of business" quickly and in the most efficient way.

I also had about half of my furniture stored with Movers USA while my new home was under construction. Our move in day was just yesterday. One team came to our temporary home and picked our belongings and got to the new home and about an hour later ( as planned) a second team arrived with our furniture from storage, it was amazing to see all six movers working together like a fine oiled machine... This move was done in such great care and attention to small details. The team of movers made sure all my belongings were taken care of and also they protected my new hardwood floors and carpeting in my new home. Furniture were set up quickly and carefuly as intructed and boxes were placed in the right rooms. All movers worked so hard through the day they were all very polite and pleasent to work with. As much as I was worried about this move to CA. And as much as Movers USA's customer service was good I was still very stressed about the whole procedure.

As soon as your team has arrived to my home I started to feel better. The driver was very confident and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions, and explained what he was doing throughout the loading procedure. The team that came with him was also very prompt and worked through the day with one short break. I was overwhelmed with their work ethics and care to all my possessions. It was a pleasure watching them work so hard, yet they all looked like they love their work. When the loading was done the driver walking through the house and made sure nothing was left behind, as they were getting ready to leave my parents had arrived to take me to the airport. The driver saw my dad getting ready to take my suitcases to his car and immediately asked him to have the movers take it to the car for us. We were all very impressed, where do you find such wonderful people?

Moved From Maryland to Pennsylvania

The moving team was amazing! We have moved many times in our careers, but have never encountered such as professional and happy crew. They were always smiling and seemed to be having a good time even though it was a chore filling two 27' trucks crammed tight with all our belongings. An example of their professionalism: we have an "L" shaped side walk. Most service personel working at our home cut across the grass rather than following the sidewalk. This tramples down the grass so I have to remind everyone to stay on the walk. I didn't have to remind the crew -- they did it on their own. If they respected our lawn, even though it took extra steps -- think what they did in the care of our furniture!

We have a very valuable Stickley Rocker. The Team manager personally wrapped it -- and packed it so good it could have gone to the moon and back undamaged.

They all worked very hard. There wasn't a "slacker" in the bunch.

One final but important note. Our move was not a long distance move so it was by the hour rather than by weight. A friend told me "Oh no, moving companies that charge by the hour will go slow in order to run up the charges". Not Movers USA. They raced through the project. We had a large, complicated move, yet the crew never let up. That is why I say they are amazing. Also the sales rep, was professional and courteous to work with. He followed through on every call and always returned messages.

This was a great experience in every aspect.

Our things got delivered to us yesterday and everything looks great.

When the items were picked up in Baltimore, the packers were very knowledgeable, fast and polite, they answered all of my questions and explained what they were doing as they were packing and loading my items onto the truck. When the truck drove away with all my belongings on it, I knew they are in good hands.

Our things arrived in Colorado yesterday. All the furniture are in great shape and the movers took the time to unwrap them and put them in back together perfectly.

I wanted to let you know how professional your team was in their work.

While loading and unloading the trucks, they worked consistently and at the same time completed any request made by us, without stopping their fast pace.

There were some difficult stairs (5 levels) to maneuver and they were very smart and trained about figuring out how to move furniture up the narrow stairs without any damges to the walls or the furniture.

The unloading was as smooth as the first part of the day. All the furniture arrived in perfect shape as they were originally sent…

We will defiantly use this company again….!!!

Our move was a great experience. From the moment I contacted Movers USA I was impressed. The gentelman who came to meet us prior to the move explained everything to us in great detail, we were also pleased the price was much better then the two other estimates we had. Movers USA loaded our possessions with care. the crew in Virginia were right on time to pick up our belongings polite uniformed and the movers mood and attitude was great. Movers USA delivered our goods to Florida on time. Everything was packed beautifully. The crew here was great. Jim is polite and a hard worker. He took excellent care of our belongings and his crew was exceptional! I was very impressed that all the goods arrived in perfect condition after being stored for 4 month.
