      General Info
      My life has been an interesting journey of compliance, revelation, rejection and finally acceptance in that I must make music and I must create art. My profession as a music educator allows me the opportunity to cultivate this passion in others -whether as active or passive participants. To ensure my marketability while remaining true to my music passion, I diversified my educational pursuits by obtaining bachelors in music education (K-12), masters of art in music therapy (in special education) and a doctorate in music and adult learning. While music remains my primary profession, my serious pastime pursuit is in the visual arts. A side from my personal interest in traditional textiles and symbols of diverse cultures, I have had formal instruction in ceramics, 2-D and 3-D design and drawing. My areas of interest include: Ceramics Painting Drawing Textiles.
