$150 charge for after business hours emergency (only reason I called them was 24/7 service offer) Came to the house pulled apart the furnace said we needed a new one. My husband told him to get out. We called our regular guy 2 days later (no heat for those holiday days). Our regular guy asked who "destroyed" our furnace? Wires to blower were crossed igniter never reconnected. Our guy replaced the igniter and put all misplaced wires back in order for $99. Now my furnace is working fine. This FLAME company sure has some kind of racket going on. Will report to BBB

THEY CAME TO HER HOUSE CUT ALL THE WIRES AND TOLD HER SHE WOULD NEED A NEW FURNACE FOR 5,000 ARE YOU SERIOUS? they made it so no one else would be able to repair the damages...so they thought...called my husband's friend, he repaired the wires this company cut and it was a $150 job just for parts...YOU ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY

I sure appreciate how my furnace is now running, thanks to several stellar employees that I have recently dealt with at Flame Furnace. My four-year-old high-efficiency furnace, which I purchased from Flame in June 2012, had been having intermittent shut-down issues. My favorite Flame go-to person, Donna Tibbits, lined me up with techs Phil DeCamillo and Will Robinson and they came to my home to perform a “fix”. They opened the furnace and inspected the parts to determine what the problem was, and, they were able to discover, what they believed, to be the culprit. They worked hard, bouncing ideas off one another; I was impressed, as clearly their combined prior expertise was coming to light to tackle the shut-down issue. After working several hours, they tested the furnace multiple times before they would leave my house. It was clear to me that Phil and Will would not depart until they had resolved the issue, so, I do want to commend the diligent work ethic of Phil and Will, because, as a secretary to a management labor lawyer, I see many incidents of bad employee behavior cross my desk. Let me assure you, it is a pleasure to deal with a company's employees who want to be shining stars, and, not just show up and get the work done. – Linda S.

BEWARE! This company tried to charge me nearly $1,000 on service and parts that my second opinion charged me $400. The manager claimed this was "the book price." I do not recommend doing business with this group.

Furnace went out on cold day, consumers powers stated I had to wait for 24 hours before they could come. I have small children and 83 year old- could not wait. Why do I pay for this service every month? Called Flame, arrived within 1 hour. Pricey but warm.

Dave H., Greg B. and Bill W. installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Courteous, efficient, and professional throughout a long day. Left everything indoors and out clean and tidy. Thanks for a great job.

We were pleased with Flame because the installer, Dave H., did an expert job and explained everything about the furnace and completed the job to our satisfaction. The electrician did a great job too as did the installer assistant.

Dave H and Greg B spent 5 days in our house installing an AC system, and were very professional. They kept our house as clean as possible, and were always on time. They answered all our questions thoroughly.

Flame was great. Had a new furnace put in today. Dave H and Greg B were here exactly when they said they would along with 3 other guys. All were very professional and courteous. They left my utility room looking better than when they got here. Cleaned up all the drain piping and fixed my outdoor venting too. Salesman was great too, called me late on a Saturday to work through details. Servicemen are always good as well.

Dave H and Greg B were courteous, professional and friendly throughout the installation process of our new furnace and air conditioning system. Also, Dave was very thorough in his explanation of how to use and maintain the system. The Electrician provided a great explanation of the new thermostat functions to maximize its efficiency as well. We highly recommend requesting their team for any HVAC related work.

Dave H was on time, professional, and friendly. He stayed as long as necessary to solve my problem. I'm always happy with Flames service.

07/31/12 We had Flame come to replace our very old furnace and central air conditioner. They showed up early for our appointmennt and immediately put drop cloths down to prevent tracking dirt into the house. Dave H. and Stefan S. our installers were extremely courteous and went immediately to work. Al G. the Electrician, was extremely careful performing his jobs and everyone politely told us such things as when

the power, gas and water would be turned off, giving me enough time to power down my computer. When they were finished they hauled all the boxes and bush limbs away, leaving the house and yard immaculate. They tested the entire system and explained how the whole system worked. We felt knowledge and comfortable with the system before they left. We are so pleased with our experience that we would highly recommend Flame to any one who asked about it.

We had a new AC system installed and installers Dave H. and Jason V. did a great job along with electrician Bill W. They were prompt, courteous and left our property in a clean condition. Also, thanks to salesman Tom and Rocco! We always get great service with Flame. They go the extra mile for their customers. Thanks guys!!

From the salesman Troy to the others Dave H, Jason V installers and James B electrician they all did a great job. They were there early and were very considerate of my needs with a newborn in the house. The same can be said about Jason who did the duct cleaning the next day.
