OK. I requested a call once the pipe problem was reviewed and a cost for repair was estimated. Because I was repairing a trailer that was offsite, I was not present, but the tenant was. I never received a call for the estimate for repair, so I figured it was $89 per hour as I was quoted. Well, three and a half hours later, I receive a bill for $614.51~!!! Not only did I get charged for the parts, but I also got charged for the technician's travel time to pick up the parts. On top of that , the $89.95 service call was not deducted from the repair costs! SO...Unless you have deep pockets and/or an unlimited amount of funds, I would suggest you shop around.
