ALL BAD. DO NOT USE.

The person on the phone was rude and uninformative. i barely had a chance to speak as she cut me off constantly. I was only told that when you get into the cab the meter is at $2.50 and it charges .40 per 1/6th of a mile. I had one question towards the end and she hung up before i could ask it. she called again to tell me my cab was here and again hung up before i could say anything. from the very beginning, bad customer service. i decided to let it go and just get into my cab. the driver i had... lets just say something was off. the entire time he just talked about gluing live turtles together. like seriously descriptive fantasies about taking super glue and pressing them together. then he asked me a question, me trying to be nice was going to answer and the driver just turns the knob on the radio as loud as it will go. WEIRD. He took me the LONGEST possible route to work, he also drove really slow and at the end of the ride he didnt let me out of the car for a solid minute. The doors are locked from the inside and only he could unlock. Creepy, Rude,Inefficient, and expensive. I was told in the beginning that the meter charges PER 1/6th of a mile, Yet when we were at a red light the meter was steady running. A ride that costs me at most $8 on uber cost me $12 with this cab service. i would choose ANY other way of transportation before i even so much as think about getting into one of these cabs again. let alone call them to know their rates. i want a refund.

This Taxi Company will turn off their phone when they dont want to work. They claim to work 24 hours, but dont believe them. I almost missed my flight
