Simply stated...If you call this company, you are dealing with a company that never touches a single stem of flowers...Listen to what im saying. You are dealing with people who couldnt arrange a childs birthday party, let alone arrange a vase of flowers. They know nothing of variety or the differences in quality..do you realize that you can get carnations in standard, fancy, select, super select, etc..Can they tell you the difference between an asiatic lily versus an oriental, or what color rose is skyline or amazon?



If you notice, I am not even addressing the fact that the consumer is duped out of 40-50% of the value...

when you order from companies like these, you're paying a service fee (14.99), sometimes a handling and/or rush delivery fee... none of these charges are forwarded to the florist that actually makes and delivers your product...



Here's the kicker.....not only does the florist lose 30% of the order from ftd, but they have and do take out their delivery fee( rememeber, the service charge isnt a delivery charge). Are you pissed off yet?



As long as there are people willing to use companies that overcharge, we will all lose. Keep your money in your communities and let your local florist have your business...



You dont go food shopping in another state right? Why would you use a florist or actually a call center, in another state?



Btw, how do i know all this???? Well I used to do almost the same thing..I was a little more honest, but nevertheless, I advertised in other states....Its wrong and it hurts everyone. So dont do it!!

We called for flowers and had delivery made in an hour! This is un heard of in these days. This company is unique and I appreciate speaking with a REAL person who can make it happen.

I called Coast to Coast after trying to find a florist this weekend. I called EVERY shop in the Baltimore area and N/a or closed for the holiday. I tried Coast and they did not even flinch. I asked if they were sure they could promise delivery since I said that I called all the shops and they said yes. They did say they work with the very best florists and they must. I received a BEAUTIFUL floral arrgmnt for my anniversary from a LOCAL flower shop. Go figure. They found a shop in another town to do it for me. THANK YOU again Coast. I could have saved an hour by calling you first.

I tried to call a local florist for roses for my anniversary Monday afternoon. What I got was,

1- A crying baby in the Back Round while the lady answered.

2- A shop that said it was too late for delivery and 3- a shop that was out of ROSES. In July?



I went back and looked for a professional. I got it. Coast not only was professional on the phone, they guaranteed me delivery or the flowers would be FREE. They had ROSES delivered in the SAME town I was told they were not available in NC. PLUS, they followed up with delivery confirmation when my wife received the roses.



Why and how could anyone knock these people. It mus be competition. Maybe if local florists operated shops like professionals we would not need companies like this. I want one place to call and get things done. Not only were they professionala dnprompt, the prices were fair. Not cheap but not expenisve. Best of all they did not arrive in a box. A FLORIST still delivered it!



I said I would go back and write and I did. It is the least I can do to say thanks.

My flowers died in two days! I paid too much money for dead flowers! So angry! Way over priced for such horrible quality!

After endless searches on the web 2 weeks ago on Saturday, Coast to Coast flowers not only took my order, but had the most beautiful roses delivered to my wife that are still alive. That is impressive. You have earned this review and my business.

I could not find anyone open today to deliver my flowers in Ohio. I called Coast and they took care of everything. I don't care where they are located, I care that I only have to call one place and they did it. I must have called a dozen flower stores and all I got were answering machines and no answers. You guys do it right, thanks again for the follow up call when the flowers were delivered too!

States that it serves Fayetteville, AR - but in fact they just send through a wire service like Teleflora or FTD and take up to 27% from the local florist! They never even see a flower - just a business with a bunch of computers. If you want to talk to someone who actually will be filling your order you should call your local florist.

This company not only took my order but called me back to confirm all was well. It was a special occasion and they really came through. The flowers were really nice. You just don't see service like this anymore. Thanks again.

The ad says to see the website for $20 off a purchase, but there is not such discount on their website.
