As a graduate of California State University Bakersfield, Cindy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Anthropology with an emphasis on Demographic Analysis. While working on her MBA, Armstrong completed courses such as Economics, Business Law, Quantitative Reasoning, Statistical Analysis, and Business Management. Throughout Real Estate School, Armstrong excelled in Practices, Principles, Mortgage Lending, and Finance. Later, she earned designations of Residential Construction Certification (RCC), New Home Construction Specialist (NHCS), and Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP). Cindy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Bakersfield Association of Realtors, California State University Bakersfield Alumni Association, and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Armstrong is married to General Contractor Grant Armstrong and is the mother of five adult children.
