I ordered from this company on 4/10/19. There was some problem with their card service and something about contamination. Either way I didn't receive my order. On June 23rd they sent me an email stating that $85.48 was taken from my acct for thw order I placed 2 and a half months prior. I contacted them (which is the only time I got them on the phone btw) and gave them my new address since I had moved. They sent me a tracking number a day or so later and said my order was shipped. Since then I have contacted USPS with the tracking number and my order was sent to Colorado, I live in Ga. Anyways I have tried to contact them thru several phone numbers since and have either got a disconnection notice or an answering machine. Ive left several messages and emails and also texted a random number that was texting me about my order. For the past two days I have received no answer thru any contact info ( phone, email, or even text) and Im very upset. I will never order from them again nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone. There are several other companies online that have a better review and will promptly answer emails or calls. In my opinion guys this comapny is B.S. and you're wasting your money. I will also be contacting the better business bureau in this matter. Please dont waste your time or money

complete rip off! they are selling fake or really low quality product that barely works and upsets the digestive system. These people are cashing in and hurting people by selling bunk kratom that people really need including me and they need to be shut down. do not buy from them unless you want to wait a month only to get fake green powder sold as kratom. bad people running a scam and its wrong. I am suffering dont make the same mistake.

I wish I would have stayed with my other vendor. I had ordered in the past and the same thing happened(why didn’t I learn?). No shipment and I feel like they don’t really have anything or anywhere that they’re shipping out of. Maybe they’re ordering it from someone else. Otherwise W HY has it still not shipped after almost a week? It says on their website that it’s same day shipping. And now you can’t even place an order on their website. I apologize if there’s some legit problem but I have legit problems too but I still gave them my money.... lesson learned I guess. I can’t submit without using a star ��

Buykratombulkusa, I ordered on a Friday paid for priority shipping on Wednesday they still had not shipped, Thursday I messaged to see what was going on and they gave me an excuse. And said next purchase will take 15% off, Monday came and still nothing they never bothered to ship it, I asked for a refund and they said they would send me a refund via check. This company is a waste of time I could of ordered from kratomkrazy and had next business day
Scammers buyer beware
They would have received 5 star previously but my recent experience and order is so disappointing and concerning that the first order out of many that I haven’t even received! Wouldn’t of been a big deal if they would have responded to one of my multiple emails that something went wrong with the package or delivery had been delayed. According to bank payment check was posted and cashed from the merchant but still no package received an order confirmation and a tracking number but only say label created not ETA or updates available. Have to report as fraudulent since it was in check form unhappy I have to go through that just to get my money back but the fact they haven’t said anything back concerns me the most
