Located in Prineville (Crook County), I am a certified residential appraiser with extensive experience serving small towns and remote areas of Central Oregon (see my resume on my website). I offer competitive fees and rapid turnaround times and am on the FHA appraiser roster. One of my strong points is using terminology and explanations understandable to loan underwriters regarding rural and complex properties. I am a certified residential appraiser who is skilled in developing appraisals when few comparable sales are available. The properties I appraise range from typical houses in subdivisions to unusual, complex properties miles from the nearest neighbor.
