It had been ten years since my furnace had been serviced, so when I called Drain Heating and Air, owner Keith took my call, he was personable and a patient listener. He scheduled my appointment with friendly heating and air tech who was on time and thoroughly inspected the furnace. Everything seemed fine, so I was only charged for a service call! A week later, the furnace stopped working. I called Boise heating and cooling and they sent out another technician (don't recall his name) to inspect the problem. Turned out there was a loss connection, something that didn't show up on the prior appointment. Fortunately the tech was able to repair the problem rather than replace it which was a cost savings including no charge for a second service call. The tech also suggested a thicker filter that would give me better air flow and he was right! Owner Keith and his Boise heating and cooling crew were great doing business with and I would defiantly recommend using them. Thanks guys!

The heating & air technician arrived on time and was very professional. During the inspection he noticed that my furnace had a part that was recalled by the manufacturer and offered to replace it at no charge to me (covered by warranty). He did not have the part at the moment but we scheduled the follow up appointment for that. A part of the heating and cooling service was to replace the furnace filter. What I did not like was that I was charged $65 for the filter that is priced at $25 elsewhere (this was in addition to the original labor price). I understand some markup but this seems excessive. For the second appointment, the Boise heating & air conditioning technician called me up just before the scheduled time and informed me that he will be very late due to traffic. So we agreed to reschedule to a different day. On that day he arrived on time and performed the work as agreed.

Ran camera down side sewer. Found some roots and damaged drain pipe. Agreed to repair apparent hole in pipe near house. After installation of clean out and new repair pipe, re-exam of root damage after pressure washing out roots discovered a cracked section of pipe 40 feet further towards street. Agreed to repair of that section of pipe requiring 4 foot deep hole with new section of pipe plus cleanout. Both repair holes in very hard ground and the crew was very professional and courteous. The total repairs were $3600 including tax. Great price when compared to the cost i got from other boise plumbing companies. The work and was done professionally. I would use them again in the future wheni need a good Boise plumber.

Overall very satisfied whith the help i received from drain pro plumbing Boise. Drain is now fixed.
