Friendly, exceptional service. Our tile floors had not been professionally cleaned in some time. We thought the grout was hopeless. The tile and grout look amazing now! We also had it sealed but will have Baxter's back again when it needs redoing. He also came back and did rugs. Excellent job! Would highly recommend this company! Thanks Bart!

Bart did an excellent job on my 10 year old tile that had been polished with wax that was nasty. He is a perfectionist and offered to redo areas to get the optimal results. Highly recommend.

We are going to give this company a try as I just had my hip replaced and can not use our own carpet shampooer; which I have used on it at least 100 times. I know if as soon as he gets here and starts upping the price, I am upping him right out the door. Seen too many scams like this. I just want the parlour done to get the stains out! If he can't do it he won't be coming back. Why can't they just DO what you ask them to DO???

He came to my house and gave me an estimate. Once he started cleaning he asked me how long I had been in the house and then told me someone had used grout stain before and he needed to order a special cleaner and the price he charged went up. He had to come back and second time once the special cleaner came in and was going to try to do only my kitchen with that cleaner and not redo the two bathrooms (which is where he "discovered" the stain had been used). I think he probably lied about it all in order to charge me more once I told him someone had lived there before me. My grout looked ok once he was done, better than it did before but he left some spots I had to scrub myself.

Mediocre. The initial estimate given to me went up when the guy arrived. Also, he left dirty spots on my floor and then sealed over them with sealant. Also tracked sealant through the garage on his shoes, leaving shiny shoe prints on my garage floor.

Our tile and grout looks awesome! Baxter's did a great job and I will definitely use them again in the future.
