This company is scamming people. I paid $100 for a tow. When the man went to take my car off the truck he said he'd need another $100 cash. I said no so he took out a knife held it to my husband's throat and then proceeded to cut up the interior of my car with the knife. He then repeatedly dropped my car on the ground causing front end damage. I will be suing this company we called the police and this tow truck driver will be arrested according to the police due to the fact that my husband's stomach was bleeding from him holding the knife to his stomach as well as his throat.

Documents showed damage to both sides of car. Police report showed only damage to one side. Mirror also smashed while in their custody. Police video shows no mirror or drivers side damage. Charged 263.0 for 14 hours of impound and tow. Will be suing for falsifying document as well as obvious damage done by large chain links used to connect to car.

My mother then had to pull out the power of attorney letter, write a letter, get it notorized and overnighted to me. Finally the car was released to me $300 later. Did I mention my name was on the car insurance insured to me for the car that was impounded. You can imagine all of the young adults out there who have the registration still in their parents name.
