I am giving one star because it will not allow me to give zero. This is a shady operation that takes victims and re-victimizes them. My daughter and her family were car jacked on fathers day. The vehicles was wrecked and towed by Adams. The family now has no car and are physically unable to go to the tow yard themselves.Adams refuses to release the vehicle to the insurance company and site that their policy is set by JSO guideline. JSO states that they have no hold on the car and yet Adams refuses to release it to the insurance company. They want to rake in the storage fees, knowing that the couple are physically incapacitated. Shame on them for being an accomplice after the fact. They put a face on greed.

What a shady operation! My son's car went into a ditch near his home and he called them because they were nearby. He paid $100.00 in cash and received a receipt. A couple of weeks later that receipt was his life preserver in a court hearing and he couldn't find it. I called their office and asked for a copy of his receipt and briefly explained the situation and they just couldn't locate any record of it existing but promised to keep looking.
