This company nearly ruined my hardwood floors when we hired them to refinish and restain our hardwood floors two weeks ago. They sanded the floors so inconsistently that the floor now has waves in it; they did not clean the floors prior to staining, so there is now excessive dirt and grit contamination beneath the stain and finish; and because they did not sand the floors properly, the stain itself is so streaking, blotchy and inconsistent that it not only looks terrible, but is impossible to hide. We've had four different companies come to look at it, and each one has said the entire floor needs to be refinished again--there is no other way to fix it. A Hardwood Specialist also refuses to refund out money or fix the floor. They said "we think the floor looks good." Not a good company to deal with.
