      We have a little different business model. When you are moving we look at each client as one transaction. We don't stop until you are settled into your new home. We LIST your old home for 3%. We offer that 3% to the Buyers Agent for bringing us the Buyer. We then work for 3% as your BUYERS AGENT for finding you a NEW HOME. It really is that simple. You SAVE MONEY SELLING YOUR HOME. The BUYERS AGENT gets paid 3% and, We get Paid a Good Commission helping you BUY A NEW HOME. Thats WIN-WIN-WIN.
