I was a loyal customer for a little over a year, but that was nothing to them. I just closed my account Saturday, and I am so relieved!! I kept up with my spending limits daily and I made sure that I was able to pay everything in my account. However, money kept being deducted on a daily basis for almost two weeks until it was almost negative $300!! I tried to contact the manager as well as calling the customer hotline. The manager kept dodging my calls by either placing me on hold and never picking up again; or I would leave a message for him and he'd deliberately call me at home when he knew I was at work. I was very stressed out from this situation, but the bank did not care. All they knew was what THEY said was RIGHT. I have read other reveiws about people going through horrible situations with US bank, and needless to say, I am yet another unsatisfied customer! Your money is NOT safe with US Bank!! Run while you still have the chance - and money!!
