Washington County Hospital, located in Nashville, Ill., is a 25-bed critical access hospital that is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The hospital provides acute care, skilled care, surgical services, obstetric services and a full range of ancillary services. It also has a more than 30-bed long-term care unit. Its other services include ambulatory surgery, dietary consultation, emergency care, diagnostic imaging, nursing services and laboratory services. Additionally, it offers obstetric care, sleep studies, specialty clinics, rehabilitation services, and corporate services. Washington County Hospital is also a member of the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network. The network works towards promoting health care through committees, educational programs and special projects.
