They are the worst. Everything is done late. Winters are the worst. The Customer service and support has gone down and keeps going down. You cannot reach out to the landlord which is the person who owns the building. The office will not provide any info for the owner of the building. Promises are made and never complied.

My experiences is they do not follow through. I've noticed they make decisions for their own personal gain, not looking out for the best interest of their clients. Getting a return call is very challenging and frustrating. Seems to always have an excuse. In that they do sales and rentals it has not served me as their client. When I've wanted to rent they held off presenting applicants is my suspicion in hopes to sell for obvious reasons.

I have not had a very good experience dealing with them, especially a women named Barbara Davy. Our apartment has had many problems and they are extremely slow to fix them. When you call to report anything you get yelled at by Ms. Davy to the point where you don't even bother contacting them anymore. I think that is their goal. They send out late rent notices before your rent is even due, and tack on late fees. Disputing these notices has been a pain. You have to contact legal aid which can take months. Our upstairs neighbors are extremely loud at all hours of the day and night, and I have reported this to Central Realty and nothing has changed. I have also reported it to the police with the same results. Central Realty is not a very professional operation, and unfortunately they own nearly all rentals in the Nashua, NH area. If you can, avoid them or you will sign a year lease from hell.
