Terrible service. Long waits and unhappy, impatient staff. Poor communications among staff. Would not recommend.

Was a waste of money

Don't go here. End up going to different urgent care a few day later and was treated for my bronchitis, finally on the road to recovery

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to EPN UrgentCare due to the location, as it was closest to my home and I was very ill and had to drive myself there. I should have known better. I have used other urgent care facilities in the area for the past 5 years.

I waited a long time to see the doctor and when he finally came he took about 30 seconds to look me over and told me I had "a virus". He got the nurse to do a strep test. I seem to think taking my swab at the bed and then carring the exposed swab down the hall could cause cross contamination but whatever.

There were several ER type beds with pull around curtains - no privacy. Guess you have to be self pay to get a private room with walls.

The pateint next to me was also given the diagnosis of "a virus" for a completly different issue as well in about 15 seconds.

Did the doctor call out and the janitor pick the short straw to fill in for the doc today? The nurse gave me a paper that said to take ibproufin and tylenol every 8 hours in addition to the sudafed and delsym they told me to take - that seems lile a lot of medication to mix together.

So I am out a copay, a day off work with no pay, a miserable 24 hours, and $30 in over the counter medication.

I went to a more reputable urgent care the next day and recieved a proper diagnosis and proper medication.

Not so great

Wouldn't go back to this clinic - they didn't take my insurance, and my experience was below average.
