Really disappointed with the nature of our visit. We test drove the black Ford escape that was on their lot. We took it to a shop and found significant issues with the undercarriage. These issues have caused the tires to wear poorly. We took all of this into account with our quote along with research on Kelly blue book. While trying to point out our findings the owner kept interrupting us and telling us how cheap of parts he can get. When we placed our offer he blew up at us and was insulted. I could understand if he rationally talked it through with us and showed interest in selling us the car but he just chased us off. As being first time car buyers we are just trying to figure out the ropes. I was not expecting to be treated this way. The kid working there was great. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was just a great salesman. That still doesn't make up for how awful the owner was.
