This attorney's office does not represent their clients they only file paperwork for closings. If there is anything different or wrong with your purchase or sale they will not explain anything or help you with anything. They represent the agent even though the agent isn't the one paying them. They aren't the cheapest either if you are just looking for a deal. Using this law firm cost me several thousands of dollars in a bad deal. My advise would be to choose a different law firm one that will represent your behalf and file your paperwork and will probably do it for what this firm charges just to file your paperwork.

The buyer of my house used this firm. They were late with everything!! Communicated very poorly and were extremely rude when we stopped in to pick up our check!!
Don't use them if you want an on time closing and people that are not rude!!

I used this firm for a real estate transaction. The paralegal, Cindy, that handled everything between Ohio and SC not only met the deadlines but was able to move it forward four days for me. She was fabulous and made me so comfortable with the remote process.



The attorney, Shannon, was great at closing and I highly recommend this firm for real estate transactions.
