This company does an excellent job of improving the conditions at the condo property. They have been on top of condo-owners who violate rules that impact the living conditions on others in the community.

The job of a management company, in my opinion, is to improve the quality of life within a specific sub-division or community by enforcing certain guidelines. This company goes out of their way to harrass homeowners, and to find ridiculous ways to fine them. I wish that I could list the fine notices we have received within a three month period, but I do not want to be singled out, for fear that the fine notices will increase, should they see this review. They did send out a letter to everyone approximately six months ago, in which they actually called "certain homeowners" names! They used words like incorrigible and irresponsible. To me, this is extremely unprofessional behavior by a management company. I don't know where the money from the fines go, as I do not profess to be an expert in property management. Whoever is seeing that money is definitely laughing their way to the bank.
