      I sold a house thateAmerican Lender was the lender. He waited until the last day that the loan was good for and the called me the seller and said if I did not come up with 300.00 the sale was off . He was the one who made the mistake as far as figuring what it would cost .I could of back out but I had already tied the house up for over a month .I reported to the BBB they did nothing maybe they feel like he was in the right .I stated I felt like he should pay the 300.00 So I would tell everyone to be aware and do not let him get you in a last day closing decision
