My Mother took her kitten Benham in to see Dr.C for his first check up/butter in 2011. Dr.C was very kind and professional at the time. Our family believed we had a good relationship with her at the time. We were wrong. Bengamin became I'll one weekend in October of 2014. He was rushed to Animal Emergency in GR for an emergency procedure. Animal emergency wanted BenJamin to have a follow up appointment with his vet so we had animal emergency fax info to Dr C. She had his records and was is vet. When my mother contacted Dr.C's,ofive the office girl could not find his records. Dr.C heard the conversation between the office girl and my mother, came out of her office and told her that she had deleted Benjanin's records and that we should take him to another vet. She was very RUDD!!! We then contacted Animal Emregency and was told Benjamin had a common illness and could be treated by any vet. My mother is in her 70's and every time we drive past Dr C's clinic, she refers to them as the people who hate Benjamin. We got no explanation on why we were kicked out of this clinic and we deserve an apology. Regard, Deanna

I have had a wonderful experience bringing both of my dogs to Grace Animal Hospital. The vet was very sweet, the dogs were treated with love, and the prices are very reasonable - (best in town as far as I can see. I called four other vets before going with this one). Thanks for the great care and affordable pricing!

Dr.Couvlaire and staff go above the call for the care of the furry family members. I had a very sick cat and they went out of their way to safe her, to the point of taking her home to care for her. No other vet in town would every have done that. So happy they are here now.

By far the best vet I have ever visited. The staff is outstanding, Dr. C (not sure how to spell her last name) is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough vet I've ever taking my dog to. Her love for animals is very obvious. I had to leave my dog there for three nights twice she was so ill and I never had to worry that she wasn't being taken care of. Each time I picked her up she was walking around the office as if she was at home. As if the wonderful care isn't enough - the pricing is by far and away the best pricing I've found in town.

I took my dog in to see the new Vet at Airline Pet Clinic because he was limping. He was given an antibiotic and was told if he needed pain meds they would put some on hold but when I called 4 days later and told them he is now wimpering and can hardly walk & not eating. They would not give me the pain meds, they said they would have to see the dog but they were booked and couldnot get him in for 2 weeks. When I asked if they could squeeze him in & they said no. If it was an emergery I could to go to Grand Rapids. I took my dog to another clinic the same day because I wasn't going to let him suffer & the Vet there called to speak with the Dr at Airline Pet Clinic to ask about my dog & the receptionist said the Dr is over booked and could not come to the phone for a consultation. Thank goodness I did get pain meds from the other clinic. Dr Miller who used to work there before he retired was never to busy to see a dog who was hurting.

We recently took our six month old little puppy in for his first visit. He was handled with expert care and professionalism. A big thank you to the staff for taking such good care of our baby! We will return again and again.
