Dr. Shelton is the best. Exceptional service. She really cares about her patients.
It is nice to have have someone to treat your pet in the home environment. Less stress on the pet and owner.

Dr. Becky Shelton has been our Vet for more than 10 years. My pets are always happy to see her and her Vet Tech. Dr. Shelton is always available for questions and is creative in her treatments. She uses natural methods where possible. She is caring of the animals and you can tell she loves them as much as you do. She is sensitive to cost but not at the detriment of the animal. She has always been able to work us in when there was an emergency and has always been very flexible in scheduling visits. Dr. Shelton is my first experience using a mobile Vet and I don't think I would ever go back to the traditional office visits. I highly recommend her and her veterinary practice.

I think of my pets as family. I don't trust them to just anyone. And, I have used Dr. Shelton's services for at least 15 years. She has become a close friend, and trusted with every pet. I can't say enough good things about her as a vet and as a person. I have never seen someone so willing to help. She loves animals. And there have been many instances that she came out for an emergency at a moments notice. Her ethics are top notch. So many vets seem to not care about the pet and are only interested in how much they can pad the bill. Dr. Shelton is more concerned with the animal's well-being. She shares in the emotional loss of a pet and rejoices when one is cured of it's ills. I recommend her to everyone I know with a beloved pet. I recommend Dr. Becky Shelton 100%.

Dr. Shelton is the only vet we trust with our fur babies. She is professional and courteous and generous with her time and has assisted in many an emergency situation or complicated case. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality, personal vet care in the Gainesville area.

Dr. Shelton is a wonderful, caring vet. She's been seeing my animals for about 15 years and provides an invaluable service to people who can't take their dogs into an office. I have LOTS of animals and can't imagine having to pack them all up and take them into an office every year. She is very reasonable and always has the animals best interest at heart. Dr. Shelton has been my veterinarian for many years. I'm too old to take my many dogs to an office. Dr. Shelton always comes promptly and takes exceptional care of my dogs. She shows genuine compassion for both pet and owner in tramatic times. She is one of the few vets. left that is in the business for the love of animals.

This person called me in June about possibly euthanizing her elderly greyhound. She lives over one hour away from my normal service area. We discussed the situation and I explained that I do work by appointment only and that I typically book up a week ahead. I told her that if she would give me plenty of notice I would be willing to drive up in my car after business hours to help her dog pass peacefully. Her husband called me 1 1/2 months later at 6 a.m. and told me it was time to euthanize their dog because she had been suffering all night. I tried to explain that I had a full day of appointments booked and I could not just stand up all those clients to drive up to their home that morning. Also, my car was in the shop. I told him if the dog was suffering that I could not help them that morning . The gentleman never gave me a chance to say anything else because he hung up on me. I regret I could not help these people but a 6 am call for a same day appt was not adequate notice.
