The doctor was nice. But rushed.The insurance person, not so much. She said she didn't even know I had vision insurance. The insurance cards I faxed had both my vision and medical cards. She also told me that my insurance did not cover anything at all. We had never used vision at that time. She then filed my insurance and I asked if she needed my vision insurance information and she said she did not. She also told me that she had been doing this for a very long time. Everything she told me my insurance told me the opposite. She even told my insurance company that she didn't want to speak with them when they tried to call. She also told me she left a mesg at my work for me to call her. I do not work. Lots of odd things and she doesn't know what she is doing. I told her this is why we would not be returning.

Dr. Rogers was wonderful with my child. She was kind and patient with him. I am an elementary teacher and I refer parents to her all the time. She diagnosed my son with Dyslexia. Now the schools can help him in the ways he needs. His stress level has gone down tremendously. Thank you Dr. Rogers.
