Left an edger and tiller. Did not leave mower and chain saw. Each required a $40 deposit. I got mower repaired for $6, and am having tiller repaired for much less than the $155 they quoted. Edger took 7 to 10 days longer after they said it was already started on. It was just a service job. That ate up the $40 deposit plus another $34. They omitted the $40 wouldn't even cover the maintenance. They should have called and asked me if i wanted to go ahead. The information and service was terrible. The woman there was grumpy when I left the equip. the first time. The men seemed intimidated of her. Picked up edger, was surprised at the additional cost. Every person in the store acted arrogant and amused. If I had been informed fully I would not have left anything there. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY as one that is honest and forthright. Personally, I think they are arrogant and dishonest. If I had owned this business I would have asked what was wrong and how could I satisfy the customer.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent service, quick repair at a reasonable rate. Took in a Troy-Bilt riding mower for repair, took an extra day or so due to having to order the correct part, but had the mower back in four days. Very satisfied, will use again.
