      Everything that we ordered was AMAZING. Perfectly seasoned and the presentation was great! The environment was very beautiful and high class without the Chicago prices! My Tequila Sunrise was good with more Tequila than sunrise which I appreciated! We are definitely going back here ASAP!

      we are regulars

      we frequent Cafe Borgia and have never been disappointed in our meal or service. It is our first choice when we are celebrating a birthday or holiday.

      Says Italian restaurant but they sure don't know how to cook Italian. We ordered alfredo and got buttered noodles. No apology--in fact the waiter look annoyed- just poured some sauce all over it at the table. If you ask for al dente noodles be prepared to wait an extra 30 minutes. Really!! That should be the standard. We took family from out of town and of the 12 meals ordered only 1 was good quality. So disappointing. No wonder the restaurant was so empty on a Friday night. I know I won't be going back, not in this life time.
