Its always a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Mound Post Office. They seem to look for solutions and always ask me if there is anything fragile, liquid, perishable or potentionally hazardous like lithium batteries or perfume in my packages.

The staff at the Mound post office seems to be rude... its rare that I don't receive a bad attitude or mean spirited power tripping remark when visiting the PO which I rarely visit ... not sure what's that about but is seems to be their consistent attitude the customer service is practically non-existent... very poor home delivery service I either receive my neighbors mail or they receive mine .. carriers wont even get out of there trucks to deliverer a certified letter to your door as required ... I was actually threatened by the front desk clerk when I said I would be entering a complaint.

not to serve mail in the Edgewater Dr for now more then 8 days because few inch snow are on the mail Box is not acceptabel and it is reckless too.It was not a proplem after the big blizzard 6 weeks ago.Now we have 1 inch snow,and you can not deliver the Mail anymore! Just absurd!

Here's what USPS.com says for the Mound PO:"Business HoursMon-Fri: 8:15am-4:30pmSat: 8:15am-11:00amSun: closed"
