      we bought our home from them in september of 2006 , it was not completed untill feburary of 2007 , and we were not able to get the lot we originally purchased from them ,we were promised that their "magnolia acres " development was going to a pleasent place to live , paved roads street lights and trees planted , as of this review on july25 2008 , we still cant even get them to mow the knee high weeds on the other 9 abandoned acres . ours is the only lot and house , the house was poorly put together and the siding is coming up and an independant inspection by cavalier homes brought up the fact that the roof cap wasnt assembled correctly by halls and a crack down the middle of the ceiling from one end to the other comes and goes , so the two pieces of the double wide are seperating and contracting which indicates its not boltes together properly .this is only a particial list of things wrong , we were lied to by one of the owners about the economic development of the area and many other things (we were out of towners}all the while smiling in out face and wishing us a blessed day .



      i would not recommend these people to build my dog house much less a home .



      update , may 1st 2009 , still havent mowed even tho i called them several times , they are completely neglectfull
