But then Mr. Jones is no ordinary piano tuner, he is a master technician with unsurpassed knowledge, skill and experience. It is hard to believe that a master craftsman of his caliber charges only a basic fee with no extra charge for sticky keys or other problems. And his tuning is of such high quality that when he finished and I sat down to play, it sounded like never before.

Dan Jones is a remarkable person and a real expert repairing pianos. We heard about Dan after another shop made a service call, removed our power supply then would not bring it back. Dan called them, and after a kind but firm conversation our power supply and payment were returned.

The repair of our player-piano was quite complex. A power surge had done tremendous damage. Dan eventually had to replace the power supply, repair the CPU and replace the CD player. His contacts in the industry were key in reducing the cost of the parts and obtaining information needed to repair the CPU. He saved us thousands of dollars!

Dan is truly a Christian who works as unto the Lord. You will not find a better person to repair or tune your piano.
