      The Human Services department is operated by the government of Morris County in New Jersey, which works for the welfare of the general public. The department administers adult day care and protective services centers, as well as a nutrition project. Its aging, disabilities and veterans division offers a range of support services for senior citizens. The department s behavioral health and planning division serves youths at risk. The behavioral health and planning division also offers substance abuse prevention and mental health care services. In addition, The Human Services department operates an employment and training services division, temporary assistance program services office and juvenile detention center.
