My son loves this place, I mean he cried when they took him back to do an extraction but what 3 year old wouldn't ? It's the dentist!! Luckily, they did restrain him so that he could sit still enough to let the doctor do thier work. I am glad I am not able to go back, it would only make him act worse. They know what they are doing and if he would move too much the possibility of injuring himself is worse. This way, his procedure is done in a timely professional manner. Highly recommend this office to all of my friends.

All 4 of my kids love this place and we would not take them anywhere else. Pediatric and teenage dentistry is like a family environment. From the office staff to the doctors, I cannot say enough praise. My son who was 4 at the time was take back to get a cavity filled and I Personally agree with not going back with the doctors for procedures. Kids are going to cry and scream and the only way to keep them safe is to restrain the ones who will not sit still. It is only for his protection and they do it in a professional manner and with love. Children always over react in front off parents and I am better off let the "professional" to the work he needs to do. Depending on which one of my kids, the temperaments will vary. Either way, I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry for anyone who needs a family oriented, professional yet FUN place for any kid. No kid will like going to the dentist, but this place makes it fun. Always friendly and professional.

We love Pediatric and Teenage Dentistry! My kids absolutely love going to the dentist and the staff is so friendly and accomodating! The atmosphere is 100% kid friendly and they never want to leave. Dr. Day and Dr. Rachel are extremely skilled and I feel I can fully trust them with my children's dental needs. I highly recommend.

I was a patient of Dr. Days throughout my childhood and adolescence. In addition to routine care and treatment, I also received orthodontic treatment with Dr. Day. I was always treated wonderfully by the doctors and staff and everyone tried their best to meet my needs. The staff there is extremely kid-friendly and fun. I was comfortable and always felt I was being taken care of. Both doctors are very knowledgeable, approachable and willing to help with any issue. I would highly recommend this office to parents who are looking for a fun and relaxed dental atmosphere that their children can grow with. This office is top-notch!

Amazing customer service who will go above and beyond for thier patients. Very clean and professional office and staff. They go to great details to make it a specific "kids" Denistry . If you want to take your child to a well trained dentist specifically for pediatrics and teens, this is the place for you. Both of my teens have beautiful straight teeth because of the orthos provided. Huge play room for little ones and plenty of games and books to read. I would highly recommend Pediatric and Teenage Dentistry to anyone.

I would highly recommend anyone with children to visit Dr. Day's Pediatric office. I spent an afternoon shadowing, and both Dr. Day and Dr. Turak are very knowledgeable and are great about explaining procedures and making the children and their parents more at ease. They do specialize in pediatrics so it is sure to be a more enjoyable experience for children of any age.

I was invited to shadow for a dental assistant position. The office and staff was very nice and informative. Dr. Day was awesome. He's very knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry. I was very impressed on how well the office maintained their schedule and how they treated their patients. Dr. Day is very compassionate towards the patients and staff. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

My kids loved the fun upstairs and downstairs waiting rooms. The staff was very kind and friendly. The doctors were very patient and took their time with us. My overall experience was great and my kids can't wait to go back for their 6 month check-up.

I have been bringing my children to this office for over 4 years and both my children love it! They have two waiting rooms which one of them has slides, playhouses and video games to entertain the kids while they wait for their appointments. Once back in the exam area there are toys and large TVs where they can watch while waiting. Both Dr. Day and Dr. Rachel are very knowledgeable about dentistry and care about each child. The entire staff was very friendly! My children always ask when they can go back to the dentist!

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseMy child was scheduled with Pediatric and Teenage Dentistry in Morgantown, WV to have a spacer removed and a baby tooth extracted. As we proceeded to the back of the office, Laura had me sign a consent form for my child to be "lightly" restrained. When Laura told me to go to the waiting room, and they would call me back when he was finished, my child began to cry and have high anxiety. That didn't matter to the staff or Laura at this dentist office. I said, "I don't want him to be upset when he starts the procedure." Laura said that he would be fine, and hurriedly having him go back into the room, she and another staff lady was promising him stickers. I could hear him crying. I asked one of the staff to go in and tell them to stop because my son was crying, and I further told her that I did not want my son upset during the procedure. She told me we couldn't go back there once they are in "the room." Well, I knocked on the door, and when no one answered, I opened the door. What I saw was unbelievable and inhuman period! My child was laying totally strapped down. His wrists were strapped down, and he was also wrapped in what they "professionally" call a papoose board. His neck was only supported by a small white, rolled towel. His head did not appear to be supported. He was crying, "Mommy, they tied me up!" When I ask if the way he was laying was safe, I was told it was safer that way. My child had much sinus drainage. Therefore, I do not even see how it could have been safe. How could any human being strap down, tie up, whatever you want to call it to a child with such high anxiety is beyond my human brain. The paper I signed says "lightly restrained." My child was NOT lightly restrained in any way, shape, or form. He had another procedure done another time there, and I was definitely given the impression that this "blanket" they use for the "light restraining" was soft and warm and the arms go into it like a sleeve. I was definitely mislead. Oh, and no stickers were given.

Dr. Day's office is a wonderful atmosphere for kids! My kids can't wait to go for their check-ups. WAY more kid friendly than I ever remember. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the quality of care is always top notch. My kids will probably go there until they are to old and have to leave!

My children have been patients at Pediatric Dentistry for approximately 25 years. most recently my youngest had his braces removed after almost 4 yrs!. Yea! His teeth are BEAUTIFUL. the care, professionalism, and most importantly the way our family has been treated during this time is beyond words. It will be with sadness that we will move on to a practice not Pediatric in nature. But we are milking it for as long as we can. ( I have one in college that still goes to Dr. Day and his WONDERFUL staff). I cannot say enough about how AWSOME they all are.
