I hope you don't drink tap water, have a full filtration system in your home, and use bottled ( spring water does contain small amounts if fluoride) or filtered water to cook with. Fluoride has been scientifically proven to reduce tooth decay in the first study on fluoridated water 1945 in Grand Rapids that was observed for 15 years. Also, don't buy name brand toothpaste because unfortunately, there is fluoride in those ADA approved products as well.

I had the misfortune to have to get a root canal done. I went to Dr. Hilleary because of the pain, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it! His staff is great and Dr. Hilleary was kind enough to make up a fluoride- free dental paste to clean my tooth with before capping the rebuilt tooth with the perfectly matched crown. Fluoride is poison and it is nice find a dentist who understands basic science. Most importantly, he addressed my concerns because he was truly listening.
