Yes, DiabloLink is for real. We're a small local company here to serve all your computer and Internet needs. We answer the phone 24 hours so we can be there for you when you need us. We started DiabloLink on January 2, 2004 to do onsite service, and before that we were in business in Contra Costa County starting in 1988. We have the knowledge and experience to take care of all your computer and Internet needs, and we're small enough and accessible enough that we can immediately and flexibly respond to your needs. Our technicians don't follow prepared scripts. They have the experience necessary to use independent judgment on the spot to solve your problem. And if one of our technicians is ever stumped by your problem, we'll call another technician to help on the phone, or even come to help, at no extra charge. Let's face it, computers have become as essential to our daily lives as telephones used to be. That's why our name is DiabloLink Communications, because your computer system has become your main communication device with the rest of the world. And our objective is that you be able to communicate, and to do the other things you need to do with your computer system. S o we don't just address technical problems, we satisfy your needs. Sometimes in working on computer systems there are tough choices to be made, both technical and financial.
