I decided to do something nice for myself on my 60th birthday, so I joined the Curves in Montrose. The instructors are so nice and helpful, and they have the most fun Zumba classes in town. I always feel so happy when I'm dancing in class, the classes are not hard, and the instructors have the most positive energy to make your day great. The people who attend the classes are super nice as well, easy, relaxed ,and the gym has a family feeling with a comfortable atmosphere.

The Staff at this Club are friendly and they are very efficient in processing all your particular needs in the most professional manner. I would highly recommend a friend to come checkout this club.

This curves at montrose is my second home! I can easily fulfilled my work out with fun.... Linda, the owner is the sweetest, Karen, sandy and Elaine they were all nice. The members are fun to be with , and the other Big thing I like is the Zumba class with Annette, she is the sexy petite lady who never run out of energy... Thanks to all of you...
