We found it embarrassing and unjustifiable, we decided a different approach, in which we shifted our sales to highline vehicle, we started selling cars in early 2005 newer models 2 to 3 years old and low miles, we noticed significant difference in the crowds it attracted, Was a big hit, we became very well known in IE to be called "Highline Mega Store". The success encouraged us to look for the very best vehicles, top quality, best equipped and priced less than kbb trade in value.That strategy was very painful and difficult to maintain, but was the reason behind great success.
