      Located in Monsey, N.Y., the Northern Metropolitan Adult Day Health Care Center provides medical management, nutritional counseling and rehabilitation services to senior citizens. It offers a specialized day program, Club Met, which provides care for individuals who suffer from Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related disorders. The center also offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. Additionally, it conducts recreational programs and community outings. The Northern Metropolitan Adult Day Health Care Center additionally provides meals and transportation. It is a part of the Northern Services Group, which offers independent and assisted living options and skilled nursing, subacute and respite care services, as well as dementia care and outreach programs.
