I couldn't agree more with the other review I just read. I joined when World Gym closed and like this gym a lot more. Nice seeing the owner around all the time and always helpful. Great atmosphere, I come early morning. Nice location, very safe.

Great gym. Staff are the best, always nice and friendly. Owner always has a smile when you come in and answers all your questions. We joined alomost two years ago and both of us are very happy. Love the yoga, Pat and Sunday and Betsy are terrific instructors. Best chilcare there is.
