Have purchased 3 Honda's here. Great experience each time. But, terrible service dept. The people who work the desk are very rude and not helpful. Always takes longer than they tell you it will. Just tried to make appt. to have faulty seatbelt serviced and she told me either leave it for a few days and they would squeeze it in just to be looked at, or next available appt. isn't for over 2 weeks. Called Honda Village in Greensburg, they got us in tomorrow. Will definitely be buying all future Honda's there and NOT at Valley Honda!!!

I traded my truck in at Valley Honda of Monroeville Pa 15146,and found a car the sales man that took care of me was great . I just recently traded in my old car for a new one. I was looking for a specific car and color and found one at Valley Honda of Monroeville. After e-mailing back and forth with Bob Graham I drove the almost 2 hours to see the car. I was greeted by Joe Carlino, who is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Joe worked with me and understood everything I needed. He treated me like I was family and that means the world to me. He did everything he could to make sure I got the car I wanted and fell in love with. I wouldn't be driving the car I wanted if it wasn't for Joe, Bob, and the whole financial team at Valley Honda Monroeville. I will be making the trip again to buy my next car from them. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!

I heard great things about Valley Honda. I, then read a bad review and went anyway. I realize now that the bad reviewer probably doesn't like anything. My purchase experience was the best of my car buying life. They were very easy to deal with.

I agree with the second review posted. I've been dealing with Valley Honda since it was only Valley Buick. I've never had a bad experience there either with the sales force or the service staff. Actually, there have been times when they went above and beyond my expectations. Perhaps the other reviewer had a bad day.

Anyone who claims the staff at Valley Honda is rude probably has behavioral issues to deal with or went in scared. I have been a customer there for over ten years and have brought and sent over 20 customers to Valley Honda and no one has a negative word to say. They are the best car dealer around.
