Im a loyal customer all thanks to Nicole! She always delivers and I'm never disappointed! I recently went in for a hair transformation and thats exactly what i got. I went from very long hair to a long bob and a balayge, and Nicole exceeded my expectations! I 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone! Shes amazing at what she does (from cuts to color ) and super friendly as well!

i have been tanning here for years and my daughter gets her hair done here,cut and colored. They always do an amazing job,and everyone has always been really pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible place! Turned my hair green & gray. I had to go to another salon and have it fixed. They wouldn't fix it, management wouldn't speak to me. What a joke! I would suggest you go to a reputable place.

I came to Fantastic Cuts on the recommendation from a co-worker about three years ago and have not thought about another place since. The stylists are always friendly. I have Lisa cut my hair and my grandson's hair all the time. When you can get a 16 year old wanting one stylist to cut his hair, you know you have a great one. Lisa listens to what you want, asks questions along the way about the cut, and has successfully managed to make us happy. She is sometimes a little late as far as appointment times, but when I get in the chair I know she will spend all the time she needs with my hair. That is what counts for me. The prices are good, the shop is clean. I would recommend Fantastic Cuts and stylist Lisa to anyone.

Terrible! The so called "stylist" chopped my hair into an uneven mullet when I asked for a simple trim. I had to pay $13 for a blowout and she didn't even make it straight. Instead she dried it into an 80s poof. People were literally staring at me! I had to go to a different salon the next day (because I certainly wasn't going back there!) to have it fixed. The stylist there was truly confused by this butchering. She told me she had never had to correct a worse haircut. She had to cut it into an assymetrical bob with no length in the back. I called FC to see if I could get a refund -since now ive spent $75 on a haircut I never even wanted - but the owner of FC would not speak to me herself. Instead she had her receptionist tell me "no". Not even an explanation when I asked why not. Not only do they have horrible haircutting skills. They have even worse customer service skills! Save yourself the time and money and skip this butcher shop.

All I know is Lee gave me the best color I have ever had. In fact she has been on maternity leave since Dec so u must have the wrong Lee.

I have spent big buck on expensive salons in NYC with pretty much the same results as Fatastic Cuts. The price is so affordable, so for what I pay I am satisfied.

You shouldn't be so sensitive about waiting for your hairdresser.; I am sure when you visit your doctor or dentist your not taken the minute you walk in,Have some patience and realize this is the way they make their salary.Good luck with finding another place that is always waiting for you !

I have been going to this salon for several years and have noticed within the last year that they have been consistently running late. Hairdresser L will take anyone who walks-in just minutes before your set appointment time. Rather than saying to the walk-in, I have a client coming in at 11:30, would you be willing to wait? she takes the walk-in. I called prior to see if L was running on time. She was. I arrived 3 mins early. At 11:30, a person with freshly washed hair sat in Ls chair. I asked the receptionist if that person was a walk-in. She was. I waited for 20 mins. I politely voiced my concern to the recept. Dont know what the recept said to L, but when I arrived at Ls chair, L did not apologize for the inconvenience. L said they run late and gave me the silent treatment along with a bad haircut. This Fantastic Cuts has lost a client. I will no longer accept the constant disrespect for my time and lack of good customer service. I am taking my business elsewhere.
