No accountability or ownership by management. Purchased a vehicle in early July. Still didn't have plates in October. Ownership had informed me upon buying the vehicle that she would send tags, plates and refund check to residence. Never heard from her. As a result I kept waiting and subsequently was pulled over and issued a ticket for not having plates. When I had mentioned this to the dealership she attempted to scald me and showed me the number that she said she had used to call me to inform me that my tags were ready for pick-up, it was the wrong number. Additionally, why wouldn't you just send aa promised. Especially if you couldn't reach me. Baf business practice. Good luck with future business.

I bought my 2006 Tahoe from them I couldn't been happier. After shopping around for 3 weeks I was able to get the car I wanted with the right prices. Great people and customer service. Thanks guys

I bought 2005 CTS for a fair price from them. I bought the car about a month ago and it turned out to be a great car but unfortunately my daughter wrecked it and i just bought a 2004 Lexus Ls400 from them and i love it. Gave me a great deal on it too and overall i like the whole family business environment they have going on there. Even there office has a nice home vibe to it.

I got a great deal on my 3 series. I do a lot of shopping around before I buy a car and this place had the best prices by far. Good people too I think its a family business.

I bought a car from them a few months back and they are not someone I would recommend! I drove the car off the lot and the very next week I had to put all new tiers on my car bc the wool was sticking out and making noise. Then 2 weeks after that I had to replace my brakes now the motor in my drivers side window. For being a dealership they should always put new tiers on the cars before someone drives it off the parking lot. It could have caused a major accident if I didn't catch it in time. And the owner was not willing to even to do something about my tiers to reflect good business with good customer service. All she cared about was that she got that car off the lot. I don't even give this place a star or even half a star.
