BlackBerry Devices
I keep getting "Connection failed" or "Cannot open tunnel" messages. What do I do?
In order for Superpages Mobile to connect to the internet, you may need to set a wireless gateway for your provider. To do this go to the TCP options (usually found under Options > Advanced > TCP) and fill in the appropriate APN for your carrier. If you do not see TCP options make sure your device is running Blackberry OS version 4.1 or higher. Here is a list of known settings:
AT&T (USA)
APN: proxy , (Note:Username/password fields are blank)
T-Mobile (USA)
APN: wap.voicestream.com, (Note:Username/password fields are blank)
Rogers (USA)
APN: internet.com, (Note:Username/password is blank)
If this does not work, call Rogers and get the "internet.com Access Point Name" added to your account. If they say it already exists, tell them to load up the records anyway, just to double-check.
