I walked in my home tonight and it was perfect! My cleaning team is the best!!! The house was cleaned, organized, and all the little touches the team does were there!!!I am a happy customer tonight!!! Ecomaids are awesome!!

Wow, I was so impressed with the job that the Ecomaids did I decided to start a regular service with them. I have used other services before a couple times a year and no has come close to the service Ecomaids have done. Top of the line all the way!!

I couldn't have been happier! What a gift to come home to a seriously clean house! The above and beyond award goes to whoever did a few stray dishes that were left over from a birthday party we had the night before. I appreciated the extra effort, but really, I do NOT expect any cleaning service to do my dishes! Again many thanks for the whole service.

In December 2010, I purchased a voucher through Plum District for $50 for $100 worth of cleaning by EcoMaids. I was expected to pay the balance. When I found out I was pregnant and moving to a bigger place, I negotiated a different expiration date and scheduled their services for my new house. I explicitly told them to contact my husband with their estimated arrival time and gave them his contact information and name. Instead, they emailed me that they would be early but called him on the phone and told him that they would be late. (I did not get their email because I had just given birth to a premature baby.) Then, they told my husband that they would take 3 hours. I had explicitly instructed them that my mother would go there on my behalf while they were cleaning to ensure that our expectations were met. They did not wait for her and did not stay 3 hours. Their own note says that they left early. They did not clean the blinds, moldings, shelves, cabinets, and drawers as they were instructed to in writing. They said they thought they were OK leaving early because they told the guy that was in the house. That guy was a high schooler helping us move! He did not have the authority to OK their departure and probably has no idea that he was construed to have done so. Between my payment for the original voucher and my expected payment of $53.30 for the balance, I will have paid more than $100--which they think is worth more than $150 because my original $50 was for $100 worth of services--for almost nothing.

Tired of not-quite clean feeling with the old feather duster and smelly chemicals? I had never heard of green cleaners til Groupon but grabbed the opportunity with EcoMaids. I was sold after that first visit and signed up for a customized schedule, with lots of flexibility for special occasions and special cleanings.

I take care of my house, but it needed some extra help. I had a roommate move out, and I had high traffic areas that needed special attention (i.e. kitchen, bathroom and fridge).

I literally hugged the cleaners when they were done. My refrigerator, which needed a lot of help, looked like new.

My bathroom floor and tub, which had seen little cleaning since the bath was rarely used, gleamed. And my kitchen was spotless. This was exactly what I needed as a full time office worker and full time student. It brought my house cleaning back to neutral, so to speak, so I could keep up the cleanliness on my own.

I plan to have them come back on a regular basis for general upkeep, and am so happy with the service I received! I also really appreciated the fact that the cleaning products used are eco-friendly. My 18 month old nephew visits often, and I know there will be no harmful cleaning product residue around.

I was very happy with the service I received from EcoMaids. They sent a team of two and the team leader, Whitney, was very personable and conscientious about making sure the cleaning was a thorough and complete job. I'm was also really impressed that EcoMaids did a follow-up phone call to ensure that their service was performed well. I think the monthly service from EcoMaids will be well worth it!

WOW! I couldn't believe the extreme level of detail. The maids were very professional and thorough. Highly recommend, I've singed up for bi-weekly service. Price is a little high, but worth every penny.
